Estimator/Scheduler/Project Manager
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in plastic injection mold design and estimating injection molds and components. Must have thorough knowledge of UG, Pro-E, or SolidWorks and the ability to work well individually with minimal supervision. Exceptional computer and organizational skills. Knowledge of plastic injection moldmaking through a strong technical background with the ability to interface with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and sales to identify and solve customer problems.

TERRITORY SALES MANAGER

Develop new sale strategies to meet forecast goals. Positions are open for the Mid-West, East and West Coast territories. Requirements – Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience with 5-10 years sales experience in the plastics, medical, packaging, cap & closure, or other manufacturing industries is required. Must have proven sales growth strategies. Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel Nationwide. CNC Mill Operator
Candidate must be experienced in Set Up, Operation, and editing programs of CNC Mills. Must be mechanically inclined, work independently, and perform accurate work. Candidate will be responsible for working with CNC Mill machines and additional shop equipment. Powermill, Surfcam, or 3D Programming experience a plus. Must demonstrate the ability to read blueprints and use of all measuring instrumentation. Possess strong work ethic and demonstrate the ability to resolve problems.

EDM Operator/Manager
EDM Operator needed to run Automated EDM Cells. EDM Operator has possible advancement opportunities to Manager of Department. Candidate will be responsible for setting up and running jobs independently. The operator will program various sinker EDM machines using the information provided on set up sheets. Also starting and monitoring the machines as jobs run to ensure they are operating properly, involved with First Piece Inspection and In-Process Inspection, and any minor maintenance on all machines in the cell necessary. Position requires operator to assist in other manufacturing areas as well. Minimum of 3 yrs or more experience operating EDM machines. Must be able to read and understand blueprints. Must be able to use inspection equipment. Work within tight tolerances and good written and verbal communication skills.
