The following positions are currently available:

Sales/Business Development Manager
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the plastics, medical, packaging, cap & closure, or other manufacturing industries. • Solid track record of exceeding sales margin and profitability goals. • Must be self-driven and results oriented with the ability to travel. • Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field is preferred. • Strong communication and relationship building skills, combined with the ability to work closely with all levels of Management, Production, Engineering, Quality and Customer representatives to provide timely resolution of issues involving product delivery or quality. • Passion for selling and meeting customer needs by providing technical & sales support to customers via face to face meetings, phone, e-mail, and other forums. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Planning, forecasting, and selling Electroform’s services. • Strategic business development activities for growing revenue. • Working with company President to develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive Electroform’s products and services. • Prospecting, closing, and developing new accounts. • Responding to customer inquiries/quotations. • Capable of understanding the customer’s needs, developing solutions and closing the sale.

Mold Maker
• 3+ years of experience in plastic injection mold making. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Mold Making. • Building new tooling. • Communicating schedules and timelines, as well as coordinating work with department leads. • Mentoring and working with Apprentices. • Other duties as assigned.

CNC Lathe Operator
• 1-3 years of experience. • Must be proficient in hard turning. • Programming with Haas or Fanuc controls a plus. • Must be able to read and understand blueprints in order to effectively manufacture parts. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Setting up, operating, programming and editing programs. • Excellent opportunity to improve skills in offline programming & setup.

CNC Mill Programmer/Operator
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience. • Experience in the injection mold making industry. • Experience working with HAAS or Fanuc controls and offline CAD programming is preferred, but not required. • Must be able to read and understand blueprints. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Setting up, programming and operating machinery to produce exceptional quality parts to customer specifications.

Project Manager
• 5-10 years of experience in injection mold tooling. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). • Requires good communication, people skills to work well with other departments and customers. • Proven success in managing projects within timeline and budget. • Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills at all organizational levels. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their business objectives in order to align our solutions. • Support new and existing project quotation process. • Act as the primary point of contact to the customer during the project phase. • Ensure that goals or objectives of the project are being accomplished within defined time frame and budgets. • Maintain schedule and coordinate all aspects of customer’s project for development of new and existing tooling from test to production. Work with processing and quality. • Responsible for overseeing Sampling, FAI and CPK of the project. • Develop and maintain schedules. Modify schedules with new inputs. Manage critical path. Develop recovery plans as required. • Provide project status reports to management, project team members, and customer. • Manage multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment to ensure project results. • Meet requirements regarding quality, reliability, schedule, cost, and technical requirements. • Lead Team Meetings. Establish action items, due dates, and team member responsible. • Work closely with the Estimating Team, Design Team, Manufacturing & Engineering Team, Operations and Quality Management to support our strategic business objectives • Manage part files and CAD part files.
